- Do not disturb sign
Please hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the outside of your room door if you do not want to be disturbed. To ensure that the room door cannot be opened by room service, simply lock the door using the rotary knob under the door handle.
- e-charging station
The e-charging station is at your free disposal. At reception you will receive the e-charging card to start the pump.
- Barrel Sauna
Complement your stay in our wine hotel with a rest in our barrel sauna. On our sun lounger and meadow, surrounded by one of the most beautiful scenery in the world – the Black Forest – the barrel sauna offers space for up to six guests and is daily from 2 pm to 8 pm bookable.
A reservation of your desired slot is essential and can be made on site or when you make your booking.
As a hotel guest you can enjoy your exclusive access for a maximum of two hours and 14 euros per person In addition to your sauna visit, you can purchase a sauna bag including bathrobe, two sauna towels, slippers and a 0.5l water for a fee of 5 euros per person add on.
You can only get back into the hotel with your room card. Hold the room card against the door handle.

You are welcome to enjoy other wines from our winery in your room. We charge the farm gate price plus a service charge of €3.00 per bottle. Please contact us at reception.
When you take an item, we ask you to make a note of what you have consumed and to declare it correctly when you leave. If we find that there is a shortage when you leave and it has not been accounted for, we will issue you with a supplementary invoice plus a 5.00 Euro contribution towards expenses.

At reception you can get needle and thread for small repairs to your clothes during your stay at the hotel. This way you can carry out small sewing jobs yourself quickly and easily.

Self check-in is possible at any time. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays the reception is open until 6 p.m. During restaurant opening hours the reception is open until 10 p.m. If you arrive later, please contact us and you can collect your room card at any time from the key box in the hotel entrance.

Relax on the sun lounger or lawn under the Baden sun. Use your room keys to return to the hotel.
